Jessica Bell

Interior Designer | Owner

I have been specializing in kitchen and bathroom remodels for the past 15 years. With degrees in interior design and in project management, my role is to guide you throughout the remodel process, including all aspects of design, including material selection.

It is important that your space reflect your personal style and what you envision, while also being functional for how you wish to utilize your new space. By asking questions, listening to your wishes, showing you design, color and material options, we can collaborate on a design tailored to you, that you will love and enjoy. I look forward to working with you on your remodel project!

Outside of business, I enjoy Pilates, traveling when I can and spending time with my family, little Jaxon, and soon to come Isla & Hudson, my two new Abyssinian kittens who were born this year.

On a side note, you may notice I smile a little differently. I have had Bell’s Palsy (partial facial paralysis) for the past few years, so please ignore my extra winks on occasion.

Kristy Lewellen

Design Assistant | Graphic Designer | IT Manager

With a background in Web Design and Graphic design I enjoy creating visual content out of ideas. Being able to create 3D images of remodeling projects lets me help our clients to visualize what their space will look like when finished. Creating technical drawings for your remodeling project helps us get every detail right when designing your kitchen remodel or bathroom remodel.

When not working I enjoy spending time with my kid and kitties and I am also an artist and paint whenever I have the chance.

Brian Collins

Owner

My role in this incredible team, is to provide you with the best people, and to make sure you have the best experience possible. My general business philosophies all center around three key points: customer experience, design should be easy and fun, and process.

We know Customer experience is critical to our success. I know if you have great experience, you might tell two or three people. Conversely, if you have a poor experience, you are more likely to tell 15 or more people. I want you to have an amazing experience – period.

Design should be fun and easy. Fact is, remodel project can be very stressful. They can be expensive and very disruptive to your everyday life. We want to ensure you are engaged, informed, and under construction for the absolute least amount of time. We want to get you back to your normal routine and into your new space as quickly as possible.

Lastly, process is so important to me as it’s really the glue that will make your project as success. Not to worry, we got this part and we’re happy to share our process with you, step-by-step, throughout your project. We love it when our customers are informed.

In all, I have 15 years of design and project management experience. While most of this experience is formally in the commercial side of our industry in store development, to a certain extent, I have always been involved in residential projects. Residential design is a personal passion and one of my key reasons for co-founding NOR Design & Construction.

Outside of our business I like to stay busy and have many passions in life. As time is limited, most of my extra energy is dedicated to traveling with my spouse and dog – Jaxon, motorcycling around the beautiful PNW, photography, and anything that involves design and art.

Jaxon

CSO (Chief Security Officer)

Jaxon has a very important role at NOR Design & Construction. His 10 years of experience and 5.5lb stature, makes him the perfect candidate to oversee our security. He’s always on high alert (when not taking a nap) to passersby’s, mail and amazon deliveries, and keeps a close eye on the clock, especially around breakfast and dinner time.
